I saw that, too and was what I have been looking for. I was going to post that also but noticed I may have been a post hog today, so shied away. I am really excited about the zip pouch.

I love this great pattern & am anxious to try it out. Can you tell me if you have made one of these yet or not & what measurement will you cut your strips. Thank you so much for your time.

Are there instructions to do this on this site? No finding tutorial-just pics.

The tutorial for the stars is in another language, but the step-by-step pictures seem easy to follow (dimensions of the strips are given on the main page -- 3.25" x 12").
Here is a link to the tutorial for the stars:

If you right click on the page you will get a box that will translate the instructions.

The instructions are not in English. If you are using Chrome right click on the document and you can then translate it to English. Really cute stars. Thanks for sharing

I found a tutorial in English with great photos at: http://betzwhite.com/2011/12/fabric-...l#.VDUx52ddVSI

I think I'll make a few for Christmas!

Anyone besides me see these as a quilt related thing? Most of my family and friends would think these were pieced and never, ever think of them as being folded oragami. To LOOK at them they look like puff quilt pieces put together. But yet moved from LINKS forum (it is a link and pertains to quilting) to CHIT CHAT. Too often I don't get it correct, even after taking a consensus with a couple of other people and comparing to posts by long-time posters. Many people that would be interested in these will never see them because they NEVER go to the chit-chat forum. Of course it is rude and tacky to air this publicly and of course, Technically, it is NOT a quilted item (or is it?) so I should not be complaining. I think I need to go back to merely reading and not commenting or sharing links for a goodly while. Hmm, wonder if this is why links postings, in general, seem to have dropped off; just not that many contributers anymore. . . . . . .
