You can friend me :) Wendy Wheeler

I avoid any of the game or requests that lets the world see your information---think that is safe way to go. I love seeing the pictures of the friends and family that do not live nearby. That way I can keep up with kids, grandkids etc.

I'm on Facebook and I play a couple of games. Always looking for new friends, especially ones interested in quilting. I am patriotic and Christian - so it that doesn't bother you, add me to your facebook page. I'm there as Alice Brady Clark. Thanks.
Oh! Mention the Quilting Board so I know where you got my name. |

Not on FaceBook yet, but a lot of the fabric store websites I visit offer all kinds of things if you "friend" or "like" them on Facebook. May consider joining just for those benefits.

I too am on facebook, alot more than on here. I dislike how some people come across as they know everything and so I'm very rarely on here. You can look for me at Kendra R Baker, just add quiltboard on it so I know where the name came from.

I am not a frequent poster on FB, but I am a follower. Lots of folks say they don't like it, but I started when my son was on it, of course kids will friend everyone, so many of his friends on FB are also mine. It helps me keep up with what is going on with his friends. I knew about my neighbors son's budding romance long before she knew, and I saw trouble brewing.
Of course you can friend me I am Sue Ramey Atkins. |
.
|
Yep, I am.
|
I agree with you about the launguage. I got all over my niece about the F word and other people also. They stoped using it.
|
I'm on FB and don't know as much about it as I probably should...I play Farm Town.....
[email protected] is my e mail, send me a request, note quilter friend |
my name is mary ann warner, my cat is my pict. yeah I'd rather be on here.
on FB is the only way I keep tabs with my son that is in Iraq. |
I had a cat that looked exactly like yours...had him for about 11 years and to this day i still call him the world's best cat, his name was Rhett . (Yes, we did have a Scarlett but that is another story). Rhett would sleep next to me in the bed with his head on the pillow and we would hold paws....he would get up, go to the bathtub and t.t. down the drain, get a drink of water, get back in the bed and burb ! If the door bell rang he was the 1st there to see who it was. He would never let me read a book or the newspaper without him being in my lap....too, he would sit on the end table and slowly buy surely find some he could carefully slide off the table and watch it hit the floor. Sometimes I would place things there that I knew would get his attention. He died of stomach cancer and it almost killed me also. I still don't have another cat;, BUT, I will within the next few months, I'm looking around.
Thank your son for me for serving in Iraq; glad we have FB so that you can keep in touch with him. |
Nah, like someone else on here once said, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole!
|
thanks honeynga
like yours, when I want to get onto the computer, he messes with me till I pay attention to him, and don't even have a storm around, he will NOT let me be on the computer, amazing cat. doesn't mess much with me when I am sewing, just on the computer as for reading oh yeah, he has to be right there curled in my lap!! also for crocheting, weird cat, but he does keep me company! and will relay message to my son in Iraq, wonder how he is going to act when "Irene "comes here? the hurricane?? |
