The Farmer's Almanac is predicting a very cold winter. It must be true because the squirrels are gathering nuts.

I am NOT ready for the cold!! I know for my area the Almanac said more white stuff. :(

LOL..... well my doctor states I am ok .. LOL sorry had to type it !!

All I know is: Western Colorado is COLD the last week, and supposedly we are going to get snow in the mountains all week long! I wouldn't mind the snow if it didn't have the chilly wind with it !LOL I remember earlier this year the winds were COLD !! and one could tell it ..

When the nuts start gathering squirrels we will really need to start worring. Went to visit my sister in Massachusetts and got caught in Snowtober. Doesn't get quite that cold here in Western Oregon.

I live in north Florida and one day my miniature ponies had slick summer coats... the VERY NEXT morning they had winter fuzz! I've never seen them change over so fast, so yes, I think we're in for a cold winter.
