Does anyone have the directions for the fat quarter tote bag by mis rae hawley? (spelling?)

Allpeoplequilt.com has some.

One of the LQS here gives them away with a pretty large purchase! Don't know exactly what the criteria is to get one; I've never asked but I have four of them. No need for ME to make one.

Is it in one of her FQ books? I have them but don't remember if there's a tote in there or not.

I just looked it up (July 31 morning) on Amazon. They have the book, 101 Fabulous Fat-Quarter Bags by M'Liss Rae Hawley.
The price was around $15.00.
