I don't know if this will be "clickable" or not, but it's very much worth while searching for it. Taught me a neat trick for putting out a pan fire..and what NOT to do..also has a cute song for kids in a fire, mainly don't hide in bed and don't hide in a closet but GET OUT =GET OUT!! Kids MUST be taught this.

Thanks, it took me a while to find the http stuff to add to it.

Quite frankly, fire scares the heck out of me. As a child I saw a barn burn down and heard pigs screaming in it as they ran out. None were killed but I had nightmares for a long time. Grandma finally started giving me some of her own "medicine" which she made from Elderberries!!!! Helped me sleep...

Wow! That's scary how quickly it spread with the water! Using a wet towel is new to me, and a simple but effective method to cut off the oxygen and put out the fire! Thank you so much for sharing that!
