Well last Wednesday was Adrian's first day of school and I am told he had an AWESOME DAY!!!! I am so pleased! And I know Cathy would/IS as well. I do wish she had been there to share that time with us, but she was there in her own way. I still miss her, but the days are getting better and the loss will always be there. But I know it will soften over time. Some of you on here have hopefully seen the FaceBook picture of him at the Flagpole on my wall. If someone on here who can see it would like to repost it here I have no problem at all with that!!! I said I would stop by from time to time and give ya' all some updates as this was Cathy's "home on the net" and she loved it here. And laughed often when she spoke of postings here.

I'm so happy he enjoyed his first day.

I am so glad he had a good day! The loss does soften, but it is still there always. My husband has been gone almost 2 years and I still think about him all of the time and miss him terribly. My Mom has been gone about 7 years and I still catch myself reaching for the phone to tell her something. Take care and God Bless!
