I'm trying to give away snow, but I have no takers! This is a picture of my deck. That is the top of the railing sticking out.

Nammie to 7 02-25-2015 06:35 AM

That is a lot of snow to have to deal with! We would love the moisture but not necessarily the snow to get it!

ManiacQuilter2 02-25-2015 06:41 AM

Ship it to California. We need water !!

Great picture as long as you keep most of it up north. I believe we need a pipeline from the northeast to the southwest to relieve the northeast of too much snow and to relieve the southwest of too little moisture.

MarLeClair 02-25-2015 06:59 AM

Keep your fingers crossed that all this snow melts slowly.

Homespun 02-25-2015 07:06 AM

Oh, sorry...spring will be here someday!

nativetexan 02-25-2015 07:29 AM

Nope, I've had enough myself. You can keep it. The only good thing about snow is that it waters your grass!

Now that would be a good thing.....we need aqueducts like the Romans built!

jeanne49 02-25-2015 07:35 AM

I'm from southeastern PA, we didn't get a whole heck of a lot of snow (thank the good Lord) but we did get the COLD.
It seems that north, and south of where I live sure got more then their fair share of this stuff. I have a friend who has an Alaskan Malamute and she is shedding her winter coat like mad. He claims that this is a sure sign of warm weather coming. Even when they lived in CA she never shed before March. So I hope he is right and warm weather comes very soon!!

Crqltr 02-25-2015 07:35 AM

No thanks from this area too!! We have had enough snow and cold around here!

KellyPete 02-25-2015 08:55 AM

I'll take it!!!!! We have had hardly any and have only been able to get the snowmobiles out once all winter!!!

tessagin 02-25-2015 08:57 AM

Thanks but no thanks!! I have not forgotten when I lived in Indiana and the blizzard of "78".

Jingle 02-25-2015 10:23 AM

I don't mind snow too much, I hate ice. We have had some snow, not a lot.

lovingmama 02-25-2015 10:59 AM

Maybe you shouldn't offer it in bulk, how about one snowflake at a time.

BETTY62 02-25-2015 06:34 PM

Send it to Texas. We need the water. Our lakes are going dry

nwm50 02-26-2015 03:45 AM

Ouch.....too much snow! Beautiful though to see but not live in it! Hopefully it'll be all gone ASAP!

Roberta 02-26-2015 06:08 AM

I just read in today's paper that a man is packing it up in blocks and shipping it off to area's with no snow. Even though some melts along the way he said you can still make about 5-15 snowballs. On that note I could supply this entire country with snowballs for a year with what I have just in my yard.

LITTLEOLDME 02-26-2015 09:54 AM

I'm not sure it would ship well, but we could use it in Oregon.

Caswews 02-26-2015 09:56 AM

NO thanks !! Our Colorado mountains are getting more snow. We are only getting the cold but did have a day of snow this week. Depending on what city on the western side of the mountains as to what amount of snow (up to 2-3 feet).

Yes, that is a lot of snow. I'm just glad I don't live in Boston!!!

Kimkankwilt 02-26-2015 01:56 PM

Is the freight free??? We could sure use it here in SoCal.

tesspug 02-26-2015 04:41 PM

Just read some guy is bottling Boston snow and offering it on ebay. You could make some extra cash to buy fabric. :D

P-BurgKay 02-26-2015 06:52 PM

we would gladly take it here in Kansas. We are so dry.

TacoMama 02-26-2015 07:06 PM

I saw the "free" and thought, well, it will be gone when I get to there, but I see there are no takers! We don't need it either as we got about a foot last night. LOL

jmoore 02-27-2015 04:25 AM

Gee, my yard looks much like yours! I'm sooo ready for Spring.

IBQUILTIN 02-28-2015 03:51 PM

Send it right along. We need it so badly here. There is a storm coming in that should have some snow, but no guarantee. We sure it in the high country.

I'm in NW PA also, and we're right there with you! I have loved winter my whole life, but this frigid cold crap is getting old. And I'm so sick of hearing about Boston! (Sorry, Boston folks) We've had more snow than they have and it's colder here.

Hang in there!

smurfsmom 02-28-2015 06:20 PM

Send it our way. I live in Wasilla, Alaska and have less than 2" in my yard. The Iditarod had to move to Fairbanks this year due to lack of snow. :(

quiltingcandy 02-28-2015 06:46 PM

Oh that is way too much snow - how does one get to work when it is like that? I saw some pictures where cars were buried in snow and there was no way to dig them out. And the folks that don't have snow plows going up and down the roads - do employers just know this is going to happen?

OK! This is just sad when NW PA has more snow than Alaska!

Boston1954 03-01-2015 12:38 PM

I'll take all you have!! I actually miss it!

I live in New Mexico and we can't complain about too little moisture this winter! I am sick of snow!

Eva Knight 03-01-2015 03:39 PM

PLEASE SEND SNOW! We want to go sledding on our street. It has been about 2 years that we have not had enough to cover the ground. When It snows here, we have a sledding party. Family members and neighbors all come out and sled. Of course we provide the sleds, but that's ok, we just take turns. Have a ball. Did I mention that my husband and I are in our late 60's. Still have a little kid in us.

pojo 03-01-2015 03:55 PM

I live in Erie, pa

BETTY62 03-01-2015 04:10 PM
