Oh, God. I pray for her protection and safety, though there are so *many* missing and dead. Also nearly 2 million without any utilities it is being reported. This is just so very shocking, devastating, paralyzing, unimaginable, just horrifying. It is truly hard to process from this far away; one can not even begin to picture what enduring this is like.

I feel so hopeless and helpless for the country.

I am praying for all of the citizens of Japan. I can not imagine what they are going through and pray that help gets to them soon!

Airwick156 03-12-2011 07:53 PM

I also am praying for all of them. And I hope that gaby4v is okay

I sent her a PM yesterday - I haven't received a reply. Keep the prayers going......

She has made several posts on her original thread about the earthquake. Looks like her last post was after the tsunami hit

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!!! We are okay!!!
We are 2 hours north of Sendai and felt the big earthquake at a level 4. No injuries are reported in Misawa. Finally got power back and hope it stays on. We still get very strong aftershocks.

Gaby,
what a relief to read you are doing fine. Thank you for posting.
