Be glad they can . . . .

Ever have days when your kids almost drive you completely bonkers?

One more spill to clean up . . .

One more fight to break up . . .

One more practice to take them to . . .

And on and on and on . .

Be oh so grateful that your kids are ABLE to make messes, able to fight, able to play sports . . . .

Ask anyone whose child is unable to do the 'ordinary annoying things' that can drive one to distraction . . .

Just a reminder . . . .

Thanks for the reminder :)

We all need to be reminded occasionally! :)
Thank you!

I couldn't agree with you more.. You need to thank god for what you have..

So true. We all need to be reminded sometimes.

Ain't that the truth!

I so agree. Making dolls for sick kids make me realize how fortunate I have been with my own. I do count my blessings.

This reminds me of some elderly neighbors of ours when we lived in Florida. They had an adult daughter who had Down's Syndrome and would never be able to live independently. They were faced with the reality that they would not be able to care for her for too many more years. Every time I hear people bemoan the fact that their nest is empty I remember that alternative and feel grateful that all my kids are grown and able to lead normal adult lives.

Yes-thank GOD every day for what you have, enjoy your children/grandchildren. I lost my youngest daughter in November, and would give anything to have her back again-Mother's day was the pits, when no card, no phone call, no nothing-Our oldest daughter didn't call or send a card either-she spent it with her boyfriend and his son-at least that is what she wanted-Maybe next year she'll wake up and remember she Does have a Mother-Hope all of you had a good Mother's day with your moaning children-at least you had them.
