Three weeks ago I had a ct scan. I had to drink the "crap"..ugh.
Two weeks ago I got the results. My cancer has not progressed to any organs. I am thankful for that. Then..the bad news. My doctor said I have a new lesion on my #5 vertebra and one on a rib on my left. To be sure of the radiologists reading..the doctor sent me for a bone scan. Last friday he verified that I did indeed have new lesions. Now I am off the tomoxofen and on something else.
I see the whole thing as a blessings in that no organs are involved and they caught the newest. I just keep plugging along and living each day with all the vigor I can. Now my heels are dug in even deeper to keep my life full and happy. This is a stubborn chick and I will never let it get me down.

We're all sister's in God's way and because of that we love you back, we really do. Still it sucks and it makes me angry when anyone is faced with this horrible disease. You stay positive and I'll be angry for you. Hang tough! I'm praying for you.

I am so glad they found that! My friend had to have a histerectomy (she calls it her hersterectomy) because of tamoxifen. She is one tough cookie, too. Hang in there. We are here to support you.

My prayers are with your daughter. When I was diagnosed over a year ago with breast cancer..It took me a month to get myself back on track and ready to fight.

You are my kinda gal. You stay stubborn and keep that chin up and never go down with out a fight!!! You just keep up the good work. If I can ever help just give me a yell. I admire people who FIGHT!
