I have to do my famous Kitty Dance here (neener neener neener)... Yesterday we drove up to this tiny town of Avery. Population 750 or less for an interview to be Camp Hosts for an owner owned camp ground. 500 sites no year round residents but maintenance, host and one other person who I have no idea what they do. GOT THE JOB!!!! It comes with a modest salary AND a 2bd house with all utilities paid (dance dance dance) and the people up there were so very nice. The first thing the woman said to me is your going to love it here there are SO many quilters. I met three yesterday alone! So The year is off to a good start and I can keep my cat and continue with rescue as people dump their cats up there and they have a cat problem. I love my rescue work and now its an instant job for me that I will dive into with a big smile. Just had to tell someone. A job! A home! Cats! Quilters! its heaven. Last year ended so scary with no work, my lease is up on our rental and the rates are out of this world.. I have been a nervous wreck. In one day.. its like a weight off my shoulders. Yippeeee!!!
