My DD and DGD wear matching aprons when they cook. DGD loves to be "grown up" and help in the kitchen.

I am an apron wearer too..my 4 yr old grandson loves to help me cook...I got him his own little apron at the $ store and he loves it!! He even helps with the dishes *L*
His Daddy cooks too so he will grow up to be a good hubby like his Daddy is..my DH used to tell me I was making a sissy out of him..but hes not..hes a good Daddy & Husband!!

I'm 56 and i remember Granny wearing her apron most of the day, I once stayed a summer with a Great Aunt, and i though she slept in hers she wore it all the time, and i have seen her get kindlin' for her wood burning stove..

My grandmother always wore an apron, and used it for many of the things mentioned above. I so miss her!

Reminds me of my gramma. Brings back some good memories.
I wear an apron when I sew. keeps those little threads off me.
