Great lady!

If you get a chance watch the you tube videos called Great Depression Cooking with Clara. Very interesting and entertaining to watch a 90+ year old woman cook and tell stories about the Great Depression.

Thanks, I will watch it. My Granny had to feed 8 children through the Great Depression. She talked about giant kettles of stewed tomatoes with dumplings on top. She also talked about putting up her peaches and then cooking the peels and pits to make jelly.

I see she passed in 2013, 2 years short of 100. What a great lady and the videos will be a great legacy for her family.
