Green-Life Ceramic Cookware

We bought a fry pan. So far I love it. Don't know too much about the ceramic cookwares. Do they hold up well for the price?

Don't know about that brand, but I have Italian-made pans that are ceramic on one side and enamel on the other. They've won 1st place on my preference list! Hold heat a long time, heat evenly, and are a breeze to clean. Worth every penny. Looking for more, in fact.

Are you talking about the $20 pan sold at WalMart??? We bought one and had to return it a few weeks later as it was no longer "no stick". I had kept the packaging and the receipt. The service desk said that they were a lot of them returned because they were no longer no stick.

I saw this at Hancock Fabrics the other day--I didn't look closely at it because I was too busy wondering why it was in a fabric store! :)

Personally I don't like to spend a lot of money on my cookware -- I don't want to feel obligated to cook.:p

The best non-stick pan I have ever found is from Calphalon - but you can't put it in the dishwasher. So I always was it by hand. In fact, I have 3 different Calphalon pans and one small pot. Great product.

I have one and I love it. I treat it like a cast Iron skillet and don't immerse it in water. It gets wiped out after each use and reseasoned as needed. Mine is only about a year and a half old but no issues so far. I am also careful not to use metal in it.

Same here. Saw advertisement on TV and don't usually buy BUT! food does stick.

I have had mine for two years best pans I have ever had.

I don't buy anything NON Stick. They are laden with chemicals which are toxic to our bodies.

We got one of the ones off the television add. We got the larger of the two pans. Right from the get go eggs stuck to it unless we used a spritz of oil. Other things stuck too. I don't like it and went back to using my other non-stick pans. I don't think I would buy another one.

I bought one for myself, and both kids got them for Christmas. So far, everyone loves 'em.

FYI. The new ceramic non stick are not like the old Teflon that emit toxins. The ceramic is safe.

I bought a flat bottom wok "Green pan" from Crate & Barrel. One of the best purchases I ever made. I have had it for 4 years at least now and use it all the time. NOTHING sticks to it and clean up is a breeze. I bought a few more different brand green pans from Homegoods and although they are not as heavy as the wok they work the same. Even Glenn can do perfect over easy eggs in them. I've never tried the as seen on TV brand.

I have one and like it. You do have to season it about every 3 months or when it starts to stick.
