I know how you feel, I've been fighting it for several weeks now.

Try Neilmed Sinus Rinse. I haven't had any sinus or allergy issues since I started using it a few years ago. :)

I feel your pain -- I have had one very stubborn one that I have been on two courses of antibiotics to treat. The worst was we flew to Denver and back -- not the most pleasant time I have had.

Hope you are better soon.

I use a neti pot. It does work wonders. I also have taken a tube sock and filled it 2/3rds full with rice and sew the end shut. I heat that in the microwave and put that on my sinuses. As far as the tube sock you can use wheat or flax seed also.

Seems like the older I get the worse the sinus issues become. I've lived in this area my entire life so you would think that I would be immune to local allergens. My latest issue is black mold in my apt; my landlord has been on top of the issue and is moving me to a newly renovated apt in a couple of weeks, plus not charging me rent for Oct AND paying for someone to move me ! Since Feb I've had 3 sinus infections, strep throat twice, ear aches, and a cough. What concerns me even more is what damage the mold has already done ?
