I met our allustrious (sp) Patrice!
Let me tell you, she's a hoot!
We had a great time talking over dinner.
Could have stayed longer, but Patrice was tired from dealing with computers and had another long day ahead of her tomorrow. I had to head south for the airport.

And...Patrice even bought dinner! Thanks Patrice!

That is so neat that the two of you met.

How fun! Recently Wine Woman and I made arrangements to meet at a quilt show. It was really nice meeting her and getting to spend a bit of time with her but both of us had some reservations about IF it was a really great idea to make arrangements to meet a total stranger....what if we didn't like the person and now we're committed???? What if? What If? I now know that if a person is a quilter their heart is pure and good and I wouldn't probably hesitate in the future. Wine Woman and I have been talking about another possible meeting at 2 future local events so guess the meeting was OK for her, too. :D

So glad you and Wine Woman had a good meeting and are going to meet again. I love going places with quilting friends!
