Help!! How do you get gum off of the dryer drum?? My DH left a pack of gum in his pocket and it is now all over the drum. I got some of it off with a magic eraser but not all of it. Not sure what to use next. Thanks :( One good thing.....get to sew and not worry about doing laundry lol Sandra

I'd try that too, and icing it and scraping can work well on some things. You sure don't want it coming off onto the next load.
Sorry your hubby's gums are in the dryer? what happened to his teeth?

Buy a new dryer...LOL

Goo gone works, as suggested before me. I always check pockets, house rule all money found is mine.lol

We always used peanut butter to get it out of hair. Maybe that will release it then you can use some regular spray cleaner to get the peanut butter out.

I agree with the goo gone but it does leave a smell. If you want chemical free try the PB hint and than wash the PB out with any good household cleaner.

Tryed the pb didn't work so going to get some goo gone and try that. I have some oops but it smells and I wasn't sure about putting it in my dryer.

Ice works really well for gum. Give icing it a try..it should scrape off.
