We still want most of the personal news to be added to members' diaries. BUT there's been some understandable confusion about such things as birthdays, anniversary announcements, and happy/funny pet pics. Sooooooo ...

is it your birthday? announce it here. do you have a diary? include the link so everybody knows where to look for the rest of your day-to-day news.

do you want to tell us about somebody else's birthday? you can safely announce it here. likewise, if they have a diary, post the link to that, too.

...ME!!!! Spent the day exploring the thumb area of Michigan. Wandered up to Frankenmuth. Sadly, the quilt shop I remember is no more. Boo! Otherwise had a great time.
