Why is it that when anyone sings his/her national anthem--no matter the country or the quality of the singing--it makes me cry? (And I am decidedly not a cryer!)

Although I am every bit an America.........I absolutely enjoyed this......and tried to "hum" along since I don't know the words. And if I sang all the dogs in Canada would be howling :) Happy Canada Day to our neighbors!
