Just one of those nights. So I got up and sewed a little or a lot....never did get back to bed. I do like the serene quite time tho. You can do so much with out interruptions.

Know what you mean. I sometimes do that too.

It amazes me when I hear people say this. I am such a heavy sleeper that even if I woke up I'd never be able to do anything, just stare into space lol

My sis and I have had about 2 weeks of sleepless nights, we thought there must be something in the air, or moon

I work nights and so does hubby. It has messed up my sleep pattern and doubtful if I will ever be a normal sleeper again. But it helps my sewing/quitling time. I can stay up until the wee hours of the morning and get a lot done. I was off last night and stayed up until 1 am. I got all my fabric cut for my spool quilt and even got 14 block made. And only one goof up. And that was because I was watching a Deadliest Catch re-run and not what I was doing. LOL!!

I never sleep thru the night so I am up by 2am then fall asleep for a few minutes then back up I do stuff or go on the computer its so nice and peaceful at that time cept for the dog deciding she wants to chase the cats

It's nice having that peaceful time!

Sometimes I think I need a silencer for my sewing machine I'm working so late. But - you can surely get a lot done.
