Since I was cut back to 4 days at work, I started painting ceramic tile/trivets. I actually got so many orders for them (thanks for starting that ball rolling SewJoyce!!!), that it kept me busy until Christmas!

These are just beautiful...Just an idea, don't know if it's do-able, but when Christmas shopping at one of our mammoth hardware/home stores I saw some tiles (not as good as yours) which were able to be hung on patios/walls outside in entertaining areas. In warm climates like ours (Aus.) we live outside in summer and wall art is really
"in"...maybe among some of your southern dwellers could be a market for your work. Anyway, glad you got lots of orders. |

I just love them Sue -- the 2 I kept for myself (the Christmas one and the patriotic one) are both hanging in my sewing room. The dog one that you made I gave to my girlfriend for her birthday and she was just in love with it!
And even though the pictures are great -- they really don't do them justice :D :D |
