I thought I would share with you my story. I had a heart attack 10 years ago when I was 36. Just recently in Australia we have had an advertising campaign promoting the fact that you should not be embrassed to ring 000 (911) if you think you may be having a heart attack. My husband David and I were asked to share our stories. If you are interested the link to this is: David http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeeNlet5Buw
and me (jackie) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8E7XB6QFTM
The website is also a great source of knowledge.
I am know feeling great now and I just love my quilting and I have made some lovely friends through this forum.
Cheers Jackie.

You are sew right. Even if it turns out you did not have a heart atck, no one is going to get on your case.
