Hello quilting Friends. I have been gone a long long time, I know. I will be back soon tho. I have a new sewing center now and I can't wait to get started. We have been busy remodeling and you all know how that can get right? Just a little left to get done, maybe this week hopefully and then I will be in full swing.

At the moment I am getting a new mailbox ready to paint some designs on, in the Peter Ompir style and will post pics as I go along. Until then, keep on quilting. I am thinking of all of you..

Here is the mail house all done except for a few tweaks. I totally change my mine on the design. I wanted to it quickly and this is what I came up with lol. Just for information. I base coated the entire house, then pulled a dark green glaze over it and wiped out some faux trees with a wood graining tool.


then I paint some ribbon leaves and lastly just plopped some 5 petal flowers and fru fru....It looks like under the sea to me. I kinda like it.
