HELP***I am having a problem
I have not been able to get into my Yahoo Mail
all morning. Is anyone else having an issue ? |

keeps sending error. I have cleared out everything I can. I have restarted. I have no way of finding out how to access it. I really need to get my mail as I sell on Ebay. |

i would contact them. my Webroot virus was off this morning, needing an update but OFF! that upset me enough. i did get into my Yahoo email just now though. good luck.

I found the following website with info about temporary error 16:

I got that error twice the other day. I ended up changing my password as a precaution. Not sure what was going on.

Try shutting down your computer and leaving it shut down for 5 - 10 minutes. I have had massive problems with Yahoo mail and have switched anything important to a different mail service. My account has been used twice to phish everyone in my address book. The same tactic was attempted in either my gmail or hotmail account and they (the email service provider) nipped it in the bud. I suggest changing your provider when you get back in. Take your time, but do change.

I have had problems getting into Yahoo off and on for the past week or so. I only use it for shopping. Switch to gmail - it's great!
