Found this out today while shopping.....
A Lady @ WM told me about this
She has used it for the last 3 months and it is helping more than PT...??!!!?!!!
Dr. told her if it works, use it....
Need: Birch Oil 2-3 drops
1-Tbsp. Baby Oil Mix together
Mix and rub on wrist AM&PM
You have to look for the Birch Oil.......It is in different places...
Can't wait to tell my friend about this.... She suffers with this all the time.........

Thank you for sharing this. Was at Linus today tying quilts and can hardly move my left arm. I will be at local health food store in the morning. Jan

I'll be looking, too. I have tendonitis in my right thumb and wear a brace "when it hurts" said my doctor....duh, all the time or what? Anyway, the pain just seems to be getting worse. I've had it in my elbow a couple of times so I know it takes awhile to heal. Thanks for posting this.

Anything to help...your Welcome.......

Thanks for sharing. I will definitely give it a try. The brace helps but it's hot and makes it difficult to hand quilt.

Accupuncture cure my carpal tunnel. I also use some chinese oil and wear a brace at night when I go to sleep.
Anything is better than surgery.

Carpal tunnel is a nerve being caught in a "tunnel" of tissue in the wrist. I doubt that any oil on the skin could fix it, but it is possible that it creates a warm sensation which feels good.

If shes seeing a hand therapist, and shes not getting good results, she should see her MD again. The sooner CTS is fixed via rest, splinting and exercises or surgery, the better.

I had tendonitis in my elbow...well actually on the top part of my arm, just below my elbow. I used a brace type thing that my hubby had been prescribed, and it helped me so much. Then I found a nicer looking one and bought it from Connecting threads. It shows it with the bar on the bottom, but when you put it on the top of your arm, it helps isolate that tendon and support it. Here is the link

I wore this for a week or ten days and it supported the tendon in the top of my forearm feel so much better, and my elbow felt better too.
