Do you have acrobat free reader downloaded on your computer?

pojo 06-27-2011 03:11 PM

I installed it but it isn't working.
maybe I didn't do it right.
thank you

are you trying to open the files directly in your web browser?

that's supposed to work, but sometimes it's easier to save them to your hard drive and open from there.

I want to save the pdf files on the sentimetal webpage. I click it on all I get is a black page than a white page with nothing on it.

I would reinstall adobe acrobat, and be sure it is compatible with your computer's operating system.

If adobe doesn't work go to cnet.com and download foxit reader, IMO it is 10 times better than adobe, doesn't get hung up as often. Anything you try to open in adobe will open in foxit if you make it your default reader.:)
