Try ordering a catalog from Home Sew. They sell laces, ribbons, etc. You might find what you need here.

Quik Sew patterns are expensive but come in multiple sizing so you can use the same pattern for a long time. They used to have a book for babies and a book for young children with patterns. They are very simple and very useful.

I have a copy of"Sew for Baby".By Kerstin Martensson. The date on inside is 1974,so this an old book. But,I have used it several times. The patterns are simple and down to earth.I have made several kimonos for newborns. The mothers love them. They tell me in the middle of the night,no snaps to try to line up.This book has several patterns for tops, dresses, pants, rompers and other useful items. This is probably out of print, but I have seen similar books at Jo Anns. You have to copy the patterns from a masterpattern sheet, but you have so much in one book,I thought that was doable.
