lovely photos. i drive to work past some farms and one man put a lone horse out in his yard to eat the grass. one lone horse for weeks! I was about to call someone when the grass was finally cut! I wanted another horse to be put with him for comfort at least. They are not solitary animals.

So nice for that to happen and I'm sure much easier on you since you don't have to separate them. I have Jazz and Tucker up for sale now, but I put a solid price on them, so I'm sure they won't be going anywhere soon. |
I noticed that.
Yes, I frequent your site alot, gotta get my fix in! :) I'll wait to see what happens next week, if you've taken them off the For Sale list. lol |
What a great story!! I loved it! I miss all of them and their fuzzy coats!

You know, Karla, you really need to publish a children's book.
Your photos are wonderful and I think children would really enjoy the "story". I'm so glad everyone is getting along, too. |
Nice pics ~ thx for sharing.

Maybe when I retire, Joan--I'm just too busy.

Or, how about a calendar!
I can just see Rosie in her winter jammies prodding through the snow! Or a summer month with sunflowers in the background. Unlike California, you really have seasons! Take the pics now and think about publishing that calendar in the future. You already have plenty of pics now. (p.s.---I want to buy the first one...... |
Actually--Loretta had me looking into calendars and by the time I pay for them to be made--it'd be a crazy price to charge someone to make a small profit. And the quality of the less expensive ones is bad.
I looked into note cards, too. Same deal--it's a fair price if I sell locally, but to ship them somewhere--too much. :( |
Thank you so much for the great pictures and the story of the event! I needed my fix!
