did you add almonds to your list?

do they need the be raw almonds or can they be lightly salted and roasted?

raw is better, i've read heating/cooking things destroys most/all the nutrients that you are after... [especially nuking it]
this is especially true w/ vegetables, that is why steaming is best

I must be weird, but I just dont like the texture of the tapioca....I've only eaten it in pudding though...is there another way, LOL?
