Shrimp Salad.

but, truly, it would be turkey. I only cook them twice-a-year, and as I put them into the oven I am already fantasizing about tomorrow's turkey sandwich on rye.

However, a turkey is just a turkey. Shrimp Salad, however, is Capitalization worthy.
