Wal-Mart now carries it. I get it from the local grocery, it is in the asile with brooms, kitchen utinsel, light bulbs and such. It's about 1.29 a bar.

Fels Naptha is a very drying soap--great to make a sudsy paste and use on things like poison ivy and other rashes to dry them up. I'm not sure how good that would be on eczema. It's pretty great on grass stains.
