I think you are doing a good job in considering all the options that are open to you. You will make the right decision for you!

You'll know when your gut tells you that it's a good move.

I say go for it. My policy is if it's meant to be it will happen. If you are meant to get a new job, it will happen and if it doesn't it wasn't meant to be.
