I realize there have been several topics on this but I think I took it to a new level today.

I couldn't take the mess in my house anymore so I decided to clean when what I really wanted to do was sit at the computer and see what was going on this morning. Generally takes me about an hour to do a quick clean up. Well an hour and a half later I was still at it couldn't figure out why it was taking so long. The Dh and little man were sitting on the couch watching me. Dh was shaking his head and giggling at me. When I was finished I headed off for the shower and realized if I had put my IPOD touch down I might have gotten done sooner. So what was the problem with the IPOD. I can read the message board on my IPOD while doing other things. Vaccum in one hand IPOD in the other, vaccum a little read a little, vaccum a little more then make a post. Put a toy away and read a little more and so on and so on. As I was headed to the shower I realized that I can't take the IPOD in the shower with me. Now if that ain't addicted then I don't know what is. There has got to be a 12 step program for this. LOL.

Glad now that I don't have an IPOD! This board is just too good. So much inspiration.

You've got it bad, Carrie. I just log on several times a day to catch up. With all the members it takes awhile. LOL

um no cure unfortunately, like quilting once it has got its pins into you well.. your done in. The only thing I can think of is buy more tea/coffee, cozy socks and keep your fingers exercised so you can do both quilting and messaging at the same time. Maybe a rear view mirror besides the computer to remind you that HEY .. I AM OVER HERE.. (towards the machine of course not housework.. boring.. boring).

Apparently sooooooooooo!!! As long as you have WI-FI in your home. Look here I am again, but this time I am on the laptop. I need to get a life I guess or get to work on another quilt.

Is there going to be a rush on IPODs now?

I got up at 5:30 this morning---no need to, I'm retired, DH is disabled, DD was out of school for spring break, but I had to check the board. Went shopping about 60 miles from home, took DD's best friend, went out for lunch, drove another 30 miles just to see a two story out-house, and couldn't wait to get home to check the board. I'm probably done until after I watch the Mentalist and whatever comes on after that. Then around 10pm I'll check it again. I might be addicted.
