How Do You Pronounce the "E" in Etsy
Help me settle a debate. How do you pronounce the "E" in Etsy:
... like the "i" in "it"? or ... like the "e" in "Edward"? I'm wondering if there are regional differences. |
I say E like edward.......Et see. what do you say?
some say et see, others say Eat se
so to a vote, what's the pronunciation? |
I have only heard "E" like Edward when coworkers were talking about the site. (Et see) Like Betsy without the "B". I've never heard it pronounced Eat-see but with a made up word I guess it is open to what the speaker thinks is correct.

S T works for me.
i say E like edward
I also pronounce it like "Betsy" without the B
E as in Edward or Betsty without the B
Eh, as in Canadian talk.
I don't care......
