Watch the weather this morning said to today would be 109 ,Tue 110 , Wed 111, was 108 yesterday. Wow Wow guess I'll stay in the quilting room all day. Just can't belive this heat & no rain no dew on the grass or plants.

I'm so sick of this!! I keep making imaginary snowballs here LOL
And Ohio's got nothing on some other states!

Said last night that it would be over a 100 everyday for next two weeks but pray for rain

Don't complain, our AC is out and no relieve in sight. Won't get a new one until Oct..

Please keep us in your prayers, it's to hot to do anything.

Love today in Jersey, it will be hot but not humid - perfect Jersey Shore weather even though I'm not going to the beach.

We've been alternating between hot, hot and humid and hot, hot and raining so today is a wonderful relief that I'm so enjoying. May in Jersey

Last summer my son was in school in Oklahoma to become a Farrier. I watched the weather daily and it was not that hot and boy am I so glad. It is hotter than normal up here in NE Ohio too.
I've done more quilting this summer than last.
Drinking lots of water and trying to stay cool but I know it will be coming to an end soon and I know what's coming next.

The weather is crazy is so many places... we are finally in summer mode... and only have one month left :roll: :D:D:D

Here in Wagoner, Oklahoma it is 113°.
It sure felt hotter than that a while ago. Our power company decided to change out a pole in the neighborhood just before lunch. We were without power for 3 1/2 hours.
Why? On the hottest day of the year? Go figure:-(

I'm in Northwest Arkansas and it's 105° right now heat index apx 111° and they are saying going to get hotter all week. This heat wave has been exhausting this year. The grass crackles when you walk on it. The creeks are drying up, so the water is disappearing for the cattle and wild life. We did get a little rain yesterday afternoon, but it didn't do much good.

I am in Kingston, Ok and computer shows 106. Suppose to get hotter later this week.

Just a update on Porter Ok today at 3:15pm the school neon media gave the temp @ 116 . I went back to the sewing room . The weather man said we had humidity of 22 what happen here we are so dry.Will all have to do a rain dance & pray we get some relief.
