See Sheila it can be done. One thing my husband and I did when we got married was decide we would do whatever we could to make it work. Divorce was the action of absolute last resort. It's not to say we haven't both had our moments, but you have to want to make it. I even still love the guy so I kinda gotta keep him. LOL

20 years this past August, but we've been together for almost 26 years! We worked together in a fabric shop in high school and then went to the same college together - it was love at first sight!! :-D :-D :-D

Me too! First time 11 years, then a 3 year break, and this one going on 30 years.

It will be 40 years this Dec. 22. When some one asks my husband that he will say almost 40 years..3 of them happy...then he has brains enough to laugh at his joke!!

We just had our 36th Wedding Anniversary on October 11, 2011. I can't believe it has been that long. I graduated from high school May 1975 and got married on October 11th.

I met him in study hall as I dropped out of one of my math classes. He hhad a cool car.

We celebrated our 39th year this last July 15, and are looking forward to our 40th next summer by taking a round trip train from Ohio to California and revisiting the scene of the "crime", so to speak. Actually, all of my relatives live out there and I haven't seen them for 13 years.
