We are snow birds to be. Hopefully in the fall of 2015. My DH keeps saying just one more winter to go. He hopes the snow blower can make it through one more winter too. I'm really looking forward to being more active in the winter.

I flew permanently. So what if it gets cold for a few days in SC? There's no snow to shovel!

I guess we are snow birds. We are Oregon State Park hosts at various parks from May 1st to Oct 1st then we head south and usually spent the next 6 months in Az. We love what we are doing and will continue as long as our health allows. I have lots of quilting and social time. DH enjoys the warm weather and activities also. Best of both worlds, who could ask for anything more!

I moved from N.W. Ohio -I lived on Lake Erie- I'm now near Springfield Missouri and the winters here are so much easier . I only wear a hooded sweatshirt most of the winter. On really cold days I put a jean jacket on too. So I don't mind winter any more.I have not shoveled snow in 2 years. Back home it was just about an every day chore.

We live in Nebraska and we get it all! Heat in the summer and cold and snow in the winter. We don't go south in the winder as my husband cannot tow his garage. Otherwise it might be fun!
