Thank you to everyone who answered. Yes he will buy the fabric, gathering tapes and thread. I've told him $15.00 per curtain and he's quite happy with that.
I truly appreciate everyone's answers. I always agonize over charging people. I'm afraid I may quote too much.

I would be happy to pay that price! BUT I think that you did not charge enough! How many hours did you have in this project? Just curious.

I was asked by several people to cut their fabric on my studio...I have no idea what to charge...so I said No...its really really hard to charge people...I would rather put my pieces in a store and price and do it that way then price people I know. I have a full time job now so I do not cut fabric for others...but maybe someday
