Boy!! I just can't believe how time goes by so fast. 41 years ago today April 25th at 2:46 pm I was in the hospital and I had delivered a 7lbs 6oz. 21" baby boy!.. The begining of a new life.
I sit and remember how he learned to crawl, but what was really funny was when he would do this thing of butt up and then the legs would straightend almost up to a stand and then like walk with his hands still on the floor and butt up like that. It was something to laugh about. Then school days first one all dressed up for school didn't seem to bother him to go he didn't cry. We as mothers cherish those days and this is why I always say to new parents when I see them with their new babies or their children . ENJOY them everyday as they Grow Up So Fast and then you realize how fast time goes by..... I'm so proud of my Son and I Love him dearly ..

Cheryl, the time sure does fly. I have 3 boys and when they were little I was so busy that I didn't notice anything like "time" lol.
One day I woke up and they were grown-ups!!!!!
I miss those days but also love having adult relationships with them.
My firstborn was the same weight as yours!! But he was 20 inches.
Happy Son's Birthday, Mom!! :D:D

I remember my babies births as well and all the little things. Such wonderful memories! They do grow up way to fast even though at the time we don't think it is fast enough..LOL
Now watching my grandbabies grow up to fast!
Tell your son Happy Birthday!!

My youngest drove home from KY to surprise me for Easter. We had a wonderful time, he left last night to drive back. I coildn't sleep worrying about him on the road. He is 38 years old, disabled vet with "brain siezures" very different from body seizures. When they happen he is "gone" 30/45 seconds an unless you know him you wouldn' t recognize the seizure. Scary but the VA is trying everything to help him.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. I'm scared for him driving. Hope he got home OK. It was so sweet that he wanted to surprise you for the holiday. Our children are just so precious, no matter how old they are, and we never stop worrying even when they are well.

Hugs to both of you and prayers that the VA can help him.
