Have a safe trip and enjoy that grandbaby! It's been mid 70's here in NoCal, but you'll be a bit north of us so it might be a bit cooler. Sure beats 46 degrees though!

I am leaving the 9th of June going through Arcata and Eureka to my nieces HS graduation in Long Beach, CA. I went to elementary school in Arcata for the 1st 5 years. It has been many years since I have been there and am excited to see how it has changed. :-)

OMG! The 9th is the day of the Sisters show! You're going to miss it? I'm driving up from Napa to see it.

I think the Sister Quilt show is The second weekend in July. :-)
