I have a blackberry cell phone and I get my email on it. For some reason when I get my newsletter from this group I can't pull it up to read. I don't have trouble with any other sites. Do I need to do something? It seems it can't find the site when I click it.

When I had a blackberry, the magic fix for me was to power off, pull out the battery for 1 minute, re-install battery and power back up. Didnt always work but I finally got to the point that it would be the first thing I tried. Hope you get yours figured out soon.

Pulling the battery on phones or unplugging equipment with computer chips, often does the trick.

I am able to get all my other emails, just not the quilting board newsletter. The email is there but can't get the newsletter to come up. Says it can't find it or somethihg like that. I use it when I'm gone and I can't miss time my QB newsletter

Can you get to the website by going to www.quiltingboard.com? Then you can see everything without going through the newsletter.

There may be a limit to the size of files you can receive. i have a BB Curve and had to call ATT tech support to find out how to change the size limit. Might call your cell carrier or go to the BB online site.
