Ditto Watson. In all honesty, I don't need another reason to keep me on my bottom. QB and FB are enough!

Thanks Dunster. I added -pinterest.com and it worked! Learn something new every daay. Great tip, Dunster.

thanks from me too, Dunster. adding -pinterest.com to the search made things much faster

I've gotten a lot of recipes that I save with a screenshot (so I can see them in my photos). I don't like it when I click on something and it takes me to something non-existant, something with a bunch of ads, to a teeny tiny picture, or a blog or site with the clicked-on item nowhere in sight. Another frustrating thing is when all the cute animal gif's don't show on my feed. I click on them and watch them every day so why aren't they there some days. As far as quilts go, I like looking at some of them but I find most of them either too easy, not inspirational, or so difficult that I would never make it. So, I guess I have mixed feelings about Pinterest.

I totally agree there! This was actually the reason I got a Pinterest account, because I was hoping that from there I could get to a site...

I refuse to be part of pinterest for just these reasons. I think they want you to get lost in the all the pretty things you see.

I enjoy Pinterest. I use it for inspiration. Tons of ideas for teachers, quilters, crafters & cooks. I have found many great EZ meals and healthy recipes.

I feel exactly the same, Watson, which is why I very rarely go there.

I use my pinterest acct to keep pictures of machine quilting that I use for inspiration. It is frustrating to click on something that you think is going to give you more info and you're stuck--or worse, go to something totally not related!

I guess I'm the "odd man out". I love pinterest! It's my go to for information on everything. I save recipes, patterns and tutorials on just about everything. It can be frustrating at times when you get taken to a page that no longer exists or doesn't give any information.
