Today, Charlee (from this forum) and her DH came to visit us!! We had a ball.............SO nice to meet someone with the same likes (quilting) and dislikes (not being able to quilt)!!!! :mrgreen: And her DH is a hoot!!!! :mrgreen:

How wonderful. I get to meet dkabasketlady on Friday.

I'm meeting DLM3 October 1st. I am sooo excited! We have talked and emailed each other alot. She has a daughter a year older than my daughter and they have hit it off over the phone also!!! Her mom is coming too. We all can't wait!!

Oh cool!!! Tuesday I met them when she came up to pick up her FW Honey. Her hubby is a crack up. I still want the shirt he was wearing for the center of a quilt! Charlee was so sweet, I loved visiting with her she has a great sense of humor. Glad you got the opportunity to visit with them.
I need to get up there sometime. :wink:

Dee and Bob are the most AWESOME people!! If you get a chance to meet up with them, you should!! And...generous heart that Dee has, she helped me to use her long arm to quilt a top that I've done...I'll post a pic as soon as I get the binding on it, but I was so scared I'd break her machine! :lol: I didn't...but it did cross my mind that I couldn't buy her a new one if I did! ;)

Can't wait to get together with you and Bob again Dee...we had the BEST time! :) William's already talking about fishing in May....
