I've always wondered what it would be like to live in a climate that doesn't match the season. We spent one Christmas in Georgia when we were first married and it wasn't very Christmasy but I'm sure if I'd been born there I would think differently :) I'm from upstate NY and it snows like mad there!!

You can have the ice the ice coming down now and the snow that is predicted for tomorrow as I am leaving in a hour ahd a half for a seven hour trip to Ohio!

I grew up in New England but have lived in Texas for 28 years. It's hard to get in the Christmas spirit when you have the car A/C going while doing your shopping.

I live where it snows and I can not shop till the snow flies!

They can keep it. I love seeing all their pictures. Staying here in SoCal. Have done northern Europe as a child and Oregon for a bout a year and a half. Had enough for a lifetime. If I want to play in it I can drive for about 1/2 hour and go to it in the mountains. Maybe you can do a house swap for a month with some one up north. LOL You'll probabaly have plenty of snowed in places to choose from.

I have aways thought it would be so nice to go on a sleigh ride-quite - you could only hear the bells jungling as the horses trotted along. Of course, I would have to be air-lifted to this location, because I am not going to travel on bad roads if I can help it! What little snow we get is pretty - but then there is the thaw! Nasty!

I'm just fine here. We get a snow every once in a while so we know how it feels but don't have to put up with it for long :)

Yup, just waiting on those lovely flakes to take over the weekend.
We had a little snow and ice overnite, but I managed to make my commute to work in one piece.
