I got one for my old Dell laptop on Ebay about a year ago..its a clone(not original part) works fine. The wiring usually cracks right at the connector that plugs into you machine. When you get the new one, be sure you support the cord a few inches out ..I use a lap desk with mine..from Miles Kimball..its a board that goes from arm to arm on my chair. keeps a very warm laptop off my lap and gives the cord a little support. And cheap!! Good luck with your hunt.
