go to HOME, then MAIN, and at the top over the topics there is a tab for CREATE NEW TOPIC

I could not figure out why my unread topics button was moved over more than normal and low and behold a new tab! Its nice that you no longer have to go into each topic just hit the button choose the section where you want to post and there you go easy peasy.
