I worked on putting my quilt as you go string quilt together all afternoon....I should have stopped about an hour sooner then I did! I hope I can finish all but the borders tomorrow!! Can't wait to show you how it is turning out!! :D

A nice heating pad placed on you upper back and shoulders will do wonders!

Two tennis balls tied in a sock and placed between your shoulder and a wall works like heaven. Sorry I don't live closer or I would...put the balls in the sock for you? I don't give very good back rubs, sorry.
