The dog is adorable, and the quilt is beautiful. My Atticus lays on the arm of the couch and looks out the window all of the time. I think he doesn't want to miss it when his dad comes home. Cute pic, thanks for sharing.

Cindy made that quilt for me about 5 years ago, I wanted a wildlife quilt and we found the fabric someplace, I think at Craft Mart. She tied it rather than quilting and the backing is the same orange as the little squares on the top. It's a king size and is really too warm for the guest bedroom in the summer, it has very thick batting. So we moved it to the sofa for now.

Both my dogs do the same thing. Not sure why.
