A pillowcase for grandson. It's a small start, but I did something, lol. I also set up my sewing machine on the kitchen table, which is my absolute favorite place to sew. It felt so 'comfortable' sewing again, I hope I'm back in the groove.

One step at a time....Used to tell myself..."I will only sew for 15 minutes"....and that led to 30, 45, etc...LOL

Great job! Cute pillowcase! I'm thinking of making one for each of the guys in my son's group home for Christmas. I made them cookies every year for a long time and then found out that a couple of them are diabetic.

I'm glad you found your way back to sewing and quilting!!

Small projects are a great way for me to get back into my sewing room when I have lost my desire. Also good for a refresher after a long detailed project. Glad you are starting to feel back in the swing. Can't wait to see your next project.

very cute! Hope you get your sewing "mojo" back--having your machine handy sure helps! When we moved into this house I had no place to set it up and leave it and basically quit sewing until kids left home, but I'm more than back!
