My 80+ yr old friend got a computer & has IE8 on it, she has google as her home page. For some reason...she says all of a sudden.... now when you double click to open IE it comes up with this message: This search page has been blocked due to a violation of our terms of use. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. http://search.conduit.com/Violation.html does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I've done some searches & come up with sites, but nothing that tells me what I could do to help her. After that message comes up, you can click on the close tab, and get into google & keep using the computer, it's kind of weird. I was there today, but I'm not computer savy enough to know if there's something else on her computer like Norton or ??? that would cause this, any ideas please?

In IE8 there is a question mark ? at the rop right of page have her click on that to get Microsoft's phone number. I called them last week because mine was half pages after clicking on a link. I was on the phone with him for 2 1/2 hours no charge.
